Submission is open for abstracts reporting on a work in progress. 

Please have in mind that:

- the type of submission is for poster presentation only. 

- please use the following template and the link "My submissions" on the left menu.

- the dealine for submission is May 25 (there won't be any extension).

- abstracts will be reviewed by the co-chairs only.

- there should be a registered participant presenting the poster.

- one registered participant should be presenting only one poster (in other words, if you are already presenting a poster, you cannot submit an abstract on a work in progress).

There have been phishing scams via email claiming to be related to the conference. You will not receive any email about the conference from anyone but the co-chairs (and the contact email address tpv-16@sciencesconf.org).

Early bird (deadline: 31 May 2026, 23:59 UTC+2)

• Regular : 550 €
• Student*: 350 €

Late (from 1 June to 14 June 2026, 23:59 UTC+2)

• Regular : 650 €
• Student*: 550 €

* A valid student card or certificate from a permanent advisor will be required.

Payment by credit card (online) or order form (French academic institutions only).

Before registering, you need to have a personal "scienceconf.org" account (user and password). If not, you have to create one and validate it. 

After logging in, registration proceeds in two steps: 

• Step 1: registration using the registration form ("MY SPACE" menu on the left).
• Step 2: after validation of step 1 by the organizers, you will receive an email "Payment of registration fees". You will be able to proceed with the payment on the same website (online if by credit card; specific instructions will be available when the "order form" option is selected). 

Registration will be complete after payment is made.
